The Japanese will build the city of the future in Tokyo Bay.

It will be built on reclaimed land that will increase Japan's area to 1,000 hectares. The Japanese government plans to use only environmentally friendly energy generated by solar panels and wind turbines in the new city, as well as to introduce advanced digital technologies into the urban economy everywhere.
