The average water temperature in the world's oceans has broken a new record.

In April, the average temperature of the upper layer of the world ocean, excluding the polar regions, reached a record high of +21.1 ℃. Next year, it can seriously increase due to the El Niño effect. The previous record was set in 2016 when the water temperature rose to 21 ℃
