Alain Delon put up for auction his art collection.

More than 80 works of art from the collection of French actor Alain Delon will be auctioned at Bonhams-Cornette de Saint Cyr on June 22. The collection is estimated at 4-5 million euros. Before the auction, the paintings will be shown in New York, Hong Kong, Geneva, London and Paris. The Delon collection includes works by Eugene Delacroix, Veronese, Raoul Dufy. In 2007, the actor has already sold dozens of paintings by contemporary artists. He explained this by saying that he does not share the idea of posthumous sales.
