Nine vocational colleges in China will send their students on spring break so they can find a mate. So the authorities hope to increase the birth rate in the country. Other organizations come up with their own ways to increase the birth rate. The companies provide 30 days of "marriage leave" and invite urban women to date older rural bachelors.
