Don't overload yourself

If you find that there is objectively not enough time and your schedule is full, look at the less important things in your plan. Is it really that important to meet up with your friend for coffee today? What about extracurricular activities? If you try to do too many things at once, you will start to feel insecure and anxious. Cancel your plans when necessary to give your mind more space for clear thinking. Learn to new ways to delegate tasks to others. If you're too busy to go grocery shopping for dinner, ask a family member or close friend to do it for you. Don't agree to everything that people ask of you if you know that you don't have time for it. Your friends will not hate you, your boss will not consider you a bad employee, and the other half will understand that you need free time to organize your life.
