I'll get it done in the morning, I'll just get up early. Sounds great, doesn't it? But unfortunately, in 90% cases, it's just self-deception. Because tomorrow the reluctance to do anything will be the same, in addition you'll definitely want to sleep longer in the morning. My favorite is, "If it were easy, everyone would do it." Or just set a several alarm clocks with 5 minute intervals.
