Every day: ▫️ 1 foreign language class; ▫️ reading; ▫️ evening facial and body care; ▫️ go to bed before 11:00 p.m. Every week: ▫️ go to 3 workouts; ▫️ watch 1 movie; ▫️ listen to 1 lecture/podcast; ▫️ visit a new place; ▫️ housecleaning; ▫️ weekly review; ▫️ keeping your eyes on the goal.
