With this exercise, you will make the pelvis more flexible, this will help maintain sexual arousal during intercourse and increase it to orgasm. Here's how it works: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, keep your hands on your hips and bend your knees slightly. Push your pelvis forward and tighten your pelvic floor. The back is rounded, you exhale. Then move the pelvis back, bend slightly, breathe calmly. Repeat the complex 20 times.
