Pelvic floor tension. How to do it right.

Tighten the muscles with which we stop urination several times a day (10 minutes in total), hold the tension for about 5 seconds, and then relax. Repeat 15 times, and then exhale deeply to completely release the residual tension. From time to time, try to do very short intermittent movements in a row: tension, relaxation, tension, relaxation. Finally, exhale deeply to release tension.
