Scientists have clarified the optimal amount of water consumed. The recommended amount of water per day is traditionally 2 liters. Using deuterium and a control group of 5,604 people, the scientists tracked the fluid circulation and calculated a more accurate amount. It turned out that 2 liters is too much. For most people, 1.5-1.8 liters is enough.
