How to overcome laziness?

October 14, 2022

Why wouldn't you try a 1-minute Japanese technique? There's only one rule: you should practice doing something for a single minute. At the heart of this method is the principle of regularity, but you shouldn't spend more than one minute on a task. Your brain realizes that 1 minute doesn't really matter, and so you perform your task with ease. Subsequently, you can get closer to your goal. Once the habit is developed, you may increase the time period to 5, and then 30, 60 minutes. It would allow you to cast off the shackles of laziness forever.
