The Greenwich Observatory has announced the winners of the Astronomy Photographer of the Year 2022.

More than 3,000 submissions from 67 countries were reviewed. The big winner was Gerald Rehmann with his photograph of Comet Leonard, which was discovered in 2021. Now she is rapidly leaving our solar system and, according to scientists, will never return.
