Take a dumbbell in two hands and stretch your arms towards the ceiling. 3. Bend your elbows, lowering the weight to your forehead. 4. Stretch your arm back up towards the ceiling. 5. Do 3 sets of 8-10 reps. The main thing is that the weight of the dumbbell should not be too light, but not too heavy either.
