Self destruction or self improvement?

Every single day is the burden of decision making and each day makes us either a little bit destroyed or stronger. It all depends on which decisions we made more. Try to analyze your actions all the time — getting up or staying in bed for "5 more minutes", eating unhealthy fast food or taking something healthy, staring at a phone screen, smoking a hookah, going for a run, etc. Before doing all these things, weigh your DECISION. It's a simple tip: make just one more useful decision and action each new day.
