To make ginger tea you will need: 1. natural honey; 2. one teaspoon of ground turmeric; 3. one teaspoon of ground ginger; 4. one glass of water. A simple way to prepare ginger tea: pour boiling water over turmeric and ginger powder, then cover and let it brew for 15-20 minutes, add honey. Then strain the tea into a cup.
