7 ways to cope with the stress of a change of residence.

Moving is one of the strongest stress factors. And if it is a move to another country, it is doubly stressful.⠀ Here are some tips to help you cope with stress:⠀ 1. Start learning the language of the country you live in. 2. Learn the culture and customs of that country. 3. Keep in touch (call) with friends and family (Skype, WhatsApp, Viber, etc.). Distance is no longer an issue. 4. Make new acquaintances, socialize, meet. 5. Take up or continue exercising. This will help increase your stress tolerance. 6. Take up something you've wanted to do for a long time (a hobby): fencing, yachting courses, etc. 7. Watch your daily routine (sleep at least 8-9 hours), eat right, go for a walk in the fresh air. All this will also help you overcome the stress associated with a change of residence.
