Ford has created smart headlights that project useful information.

The new headlights can project directions, speed limits, or weather information onto the road so the driver can only focus on the road. Also, the new headlights will be able to synchronize with satellite navigation and security systems for the correct display of information. For example, headlights will be able to show a snowflake on the pavement, warning of an icy road. The new technology is currently being tested. Ford does not specify when exactly it will become serial.
