If you drink this drink 3 times a day, one glass each and do not eat fatty and high-calorie foods, as well as play sports, then in a week you can lose 2 to 4 kg of excess weight. The cocktail is favorable for intestinal microflora and metabolic processes: Take 0.5 l of kefir, add 1 teaspoon of ginger, a little honey and a pinch of cinnamon. Leave to infuse for 10 min.
