This is exactly what you can’t blame the Lions for, it’s that they try to seem better than they are: the Lions are simply convinced that there is nowhere better at all and only stars are higher than them, but, note, not all. So the innate kindness and nobility of the Lions are served through the lip - and for this they get a well-deserved tenth place.
