The mayor of the Italian city of Castenaso, Carlo Gubellini, has banned barbers from washing their clients' hair twice. For violation - a fine of up to 500 euros. The restriction was introduced due to the strongest drought in the country over the past 70 years. Against the background of the drought, restrictions on water consumption were introduced throughout the country. For example, fountains were turned off in Milan.
