If you regularly practice yoga, follow the technique of performing each asana and know how to keep concentration throughout the practice, then your body will really change for the better: the internal muscles will tighten up, the relief of the body will be more clearly defined, and with stretching, there will finally be progress. But in all this, a small caveat is important: the result will not show itself immediately. Regular classes for many months will help to achieve visual changes - but even this depends on your individual characteristics: for someone three months will be enough, and for someone six months of intensive yoga will not be enough.
