For fresh breath

May 12, 2022

Bad breath can be associated with disorders in the gastrointestinal tract, diseases of the respiratory system, oral mucosa, and poor hygiene. First of all, it is necessary to find out the root cause and begin treatment of the underlying disease. Eat candied anise seeds and nuts every day on an empty stomach, or suck on a lemon wedge until it runs out of juice. Mix 2 tbsp. vegetable oil (preferably olive) with 1 tsp. salt and rinse your mouth with this mixture for 3-5 minutes twice a day - in the morning and in the evening. Do not eat or drink anything after rinsing. 20-30 drops of alcohol tincture of St. John's wort (made according to the instructions on the package) dilute in 0.5 tbsp. water and rinse your mouth. Eat after each meal, write 0.5 tsp. ginger powder. Eat 1-2 small apples in the morning on an empty stomach, rinsing your mouth with clean warm water before.
