Focus on asanas that help control breathing, and end your workout with relaxation (shavasana). Incorporate the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) into your classes. Sit in the lotus position and begin to gently tap your entire body with your fingertips, starting with your face and ending with your legs. Play meditation music in class. This will allow you to focus, even out your breathing, and focus on the present moment.
