World War II Bunker in Hamburg Turned into Hotel with Roof Garden
A World War II bunker in Hamburg has been transformed into a hotel with a massive roof garden. During the renovation, the building's height was increased from 35 to 58 meters, and the roof was converted into an urban park that is open to the public. Almost 23,000 plants were planted, and viewing platforms were installed. Inside, in addition to the hotel with a hundred rooms, there will also be restaurants, bars, a sports center, and a concert hall.
