One day you stop fussing and proving something to someone.

You look with a smile at the world around you with all its madness, you are not in a hurry to please people, you are not in a hurry to give advice and judge or save someone, you stop answering calls from people who have not admired and are not interested in for a long time, you look more at the sky than at who is busy with what and how he lives, remembers what inspires regardless of the circumstances, does not apologize, does not explain, does not argue, does not waste time on uninteresting and temporary things, and you discover incredible calmness and many things that you did not notice before in pursuit in order to fit into someone's ideas or meet someone's expectations.

Think of YOURSELF! Continuation.

In another version, this will end with an insult to everyone. A person will continue to do everything-do-do everything, think and think about others, but each time he will be offended that he is not grateful enough, that he is not appreciated enough, that they do not understand his enormous sacrifice for them. Naturally, it will be very annoying for everyone else. He will hear from relatives: “We didn’t ask you”, “Why did this have to be done.” He will be offended even more and so on in a circle. Before a conflict, before a quarrel, sometimes before a difficult destructive relationship.

Think of YOURSELF!

Even Bernard Shaw said: "If you start with self-sacrifice for the sake of those you love, then end with hatred for those to whom you sacrificed yourself." In general, the way it is. "But we didn't ask you." If a person constantly does not think about himself, but only thinks about others, then there can be two scenarios of consequences. In one version, he will eventually get sick, because it turns out that this is the only way to get care. That he has been engaged in serving the needs of loved ones all his life and only a serious illness allows him to finally breathe, to receive care from his loved ones, to make sure that he also means something to them, except as a free servant.

Why do we get annoyed?

One of the main causes of our irritation is mirror irritation or REFLECTIONS. That happens when we see traits in others that are peculiar to us. At the same time, we may not even notice these traits in ourselves, or vehemently deny them, especially if they confront our core beliefs or stereotypes. FAILED EXPECTATIONS. Despite the fact that our expectations of a person are no more than our illusions (after all, we invented what the other person should be), many people vent on the object of their expectations. If you begin to analyze your irritation through these two points, its level in respect to others will decrease significantly, and your life will turn to joy!

Only a grateful person knows what is happiness

Let me share a simple technique for living a life of gratitude, which is best done before going to bed. Lie down comfortably, close your eyes, and try to relax your whole body. ▫️Focus on your breathing. ▫️When you feel completely relaxed, imagine that you are on the river bank. ▫️This is the magical River of Gratitude. For some time simply look at this river flowing. Ideally your River should be white with sparkles. ▫️And now you can thank everyone you would like to thank. Turn on your imagination. Just say thank you for what has happened, is happening now, or will happen in your life. ▫️And when you are done, thank the River and yourself for doing this meditation. Try IT! This works GREAT.

What we focus on, we fill our lives with

Psychologists have long said that what we focus our attention on, tends to fill our lives. Therefore, it is very important to be aware of exactly where you are focusing your energy right now. Here are a few tips to help you readjust yourself in the right way: ▫️ Accept the situation. This does not mean that you have to encourage absolutely everything. However, you do need a concentrated awareness of what is going on. ▫️ Take care of yourself. Take care of a wholesome, healthy diet, resting your body and mind. Pay attention to your inner state and its needs. ▫️ Take time for a hobby. Relax and take time for creativity or a favorite hobby. ▫️ Support yourself. Whatever moments in life, always remember that you are the most precious thing you have. Say more kind words to yourself, express gratitude even for some little things, spoil and support yourself no matter what happens.

Acting smart is not always a given

Sometimes our actions are guided by strong feelings and impulses ✔someone loses all their savings gambling. ✔someone who is traveling could forget to take weather-appropriate clothes. ✔someone, ignoring fire safety rules, smokes in their bed. ✔someone dictates the number of his card to an unfamiliar representative of the bank over the phone. Since the dawn of time, the consequences of ill-conceived behavior would be reflected on people. Today, however, these consequences can be tragic. It's no secret that the mass media influence people's consciousness more than we give it credit for!

The main signs of the straight-A’s syndrome.

➖The desire to receive praise from other people. This type of people tries to do their job impeccably, so that they are praised in front of everyone and are set as an example. ➖Harsh perception of criticism. If straight-A students do not know how to take criticism, how do they remain the best? In those moments, they resort to self-destructive behavior. They have two extremes: either everything is fine, or, on the contrary, everything is absolutely terrible. ➖The predominance of perfectionism at any activity. They have to pass their finals perfectly, they also want to achieve high success in sports, romantic relationships and friendship. They do not realize that it is simply impossible to be on top at everything. ➖The fear of making a mistake. This is because mistakes lead to criticism, ridiculing and self-loathing. This is what excellent students diligently avoid.

Time for change.

▫️It's time to take control over your life. ▫️The spiritual and material world are inseparable. ▫️Each person can be either the author of life or the victim of circumstances. ▫️Everyone creates her or his own reality. Day by day, people engage in self-programming, but some of them do it consciously and others not. Everything, absolutely everything that happens in any person's life has been provoked in one way or another by their thinking, by their inner setting. Examples, after which it will be 100% clear to you what we are talking about: I'm done with my work. I'm sick of this project. It can never be this good all the time. Trouble never comes alone. These are the examples of negative self-programming. If you are ready to become the author of your life, you shall transform your reality through inner change.

Do you know how our memory works?

The information we get last is remembered better. That's because of the small size of our short-term memory cells: as new blocks of information arrive, the old ones are forgotten. Try to think back to a conversation you heard a few weeks ago - it's likely that only scraps of its end, dotted fragments of memories, remain in your memory.

Responsibility for YOURSELF

Don't transfer the burden of responsibility to your parents, bosses, neighbors. Your life is yours and yours only, which means that the responsibility for it is also yours. Your every action, every decision and every thought is reflected in your life. What you have is the result of your own actions. ▫️State your desires directly. When communicating with people, say right away if you don't like something. There is no need to endure or adjust to their liking in order to be comfortable. ▫️Don't make excuses. Determine for yourself that you are doing what you think is necessary,, what corresponds to your desires and needs. This is called self-respect. ▫️Control your behavior. As internal beliefs affect external manifestations, and vice versa. Make sure that your back is always straight, and when talking, you look into the eyes of the interlocutor, and not somewhere else.

How to be motivated to work?

First of all you have to set the right goals, because even the best motivation will not work if you do not clearly understand what you want, or set false goals imposed by society. For example, money or status. By listening to yourself, you may suddenly find that you actually want to hitchhike or volunteer in Africa, rather than spin like a squirrel in a wheel to satisfy other people's demands. So, having set the right goal, we have to flesh it out to make it easier to achieve. If you want to be a businessman, then decide on the particular kind of business you would like to start. Determine your activity, target audience, idea, team, slogan, brand colors, etc. Maybe you want to build a house? What should it look like? How many floors, with or without a garage, basement, sauna, how many rooms?

Bad luck in love is not a sentence.

By working on yourself, you can always change any situation for the better. The main thing is to learn to appreciate yourself and not try to change those around you. A woman can be lucky in love if: ▫️ She loves and accepts herself completely, even if something about herself doesn't satisfy her. She doesn't need a relationship to maintain her self-esteem. She is independent and can take care of herself. ▫️ She accepts others as they are without trying to change them. ▫️ She suppresses neither "negative" nor "positive" emotions. ▫️ She constantly works on herself and takes care of the way she looks. ▫️ She has high self-esteem. She enjoys being in the company of men, embracing them for who they are. She does not need to be wanted by anyone to feel that she is a worthy person. ▫️ She allows herself to be open-minded and trusting with certain people. However, she never allows herself to be exploited.

Have you noticed a beautiful woman is a woman who knows her value?

She acknowledges her value and does not put price tags on herself. Not a woman who loses weight for a vacation, goes through random exhausting detox marathons on the Internet, but one that simply looks after herself. Always. ▫️A woman who does not torment herself with jealousy, midnight brainstorming, but simply ends her relationship forever with those who periodically disappear from her life without saying anything. ▫️A woman who always keeps calm because she knows that she is one of a kind. ▫️A woman who is always happy because she knows that she has only one life.

Battling phone addiction

There are, in fact, some quite effective ways to combat this problem. For example: ▫️Do not take your phone with you to the toilet (yes, yes!), instead put a magazine, a reference book or an encyclopedia in your bathroom - something that you can open on any page and read, while learning something interesting. ▫do not touch the phone for an hour after waking up. Instead, drink some water, exercise, tidy up. Your reward will be your phone. ▫️Before heading to bed, apply some thick lotion on your hands and, without any gadgets, acknowledge the passing day in silence. With your iron will, unsubscribe from at least half of the useless public pages, and instead subscribe to actually helpful and informative ones. This will definitely reduce the time you spend checking your newsfeed - guaranteed!

Subtle manipulations — how do THEY do it?

What makes a good manipulator? ▫️The faculty to make themselves agreeable, worm their way into somebody’s confidence, get under the skin. ▫️The manipulator creates an illusion that they are exactly who you need. ▫️They do not offer you anything, they only take. To you it may seem like their “contributions” are very generous and that you will not be able to live without them. Say you have a job but one that does not substitute the absence of love in your life, what will the manipulator do? Of course, create the illusion of love! You have stability, but no freedom? The illusion of freedom, then. You have nothing at all or nearly nothing at all? Do you know the easiest and surest way to manipulate such a person and make him your ardent supporter? Create an ILLUSION of superiority and dominance over others! This strategy has been applied countless of times throughout history in many countries and cultures.

Don't panic, or how to help yourself cope in a crisis situation.

A panic attack is a sudden episode of severe anxiety accompanied by painful feelings. It is not a threat to your life and health right HERE AND NOW, it is just a result of experienced stressful situations and intense anxiety. How can you relieve a panic attack? Take at least eight deep breaths and eight deep exhales. ▫️Shift your attention to what you are wearing and try to determine the kind of material your clothes is made of, feel it. ▫️See where you are sitting or standing. ▫️Determine what is around you. Any concentration on extraneous things can help you come to your senses. ▫️ During a panic attack, try to limit your movements and, if possible, sit down and sort of 'freeze'. ▫️Talk to someone. Talking to someone else will give you a sense of security and distract you from the attack. It is possible to get rid of sudden fear episodes yourself, but if these attacks recur, it would be a good idea to see a specialist.

Keep going

At some point in our lives, we may realize that the best way to take care of ourselves is to change the depth of certain relationships or end them altogether. This can apply to both love and work, friendship or family relationships. It's true, making changes, setting boundaries in a relationship, or ending it will never be something simple. But there comes a time when we realize that these changes are necessary - it won't work the same way anymore.

What is happiness?

Happiness is the feeling of absolute mental freedom, defined as the feeling of unlimited possibilities. In this state, a person receives an excessive amount of energy, they are simply overflowing with it and because of this they have only kind and pure feelings. The world around us is perceived as a comfortable and safe place, any feelings of threat or danger are gone, you are sending out warm and friendly feelings towards them. This is how a person in love feels, for example, they know that they are also loved, so love and joy overwhelm them.

Emotional leash

Everyone has the right to experience all kinds of emotions and feelings. It would be more correct to say MUST experience. It is considered that there are no "bad" or "good" feelings and emotions. But there is one hitch: extremes. When one's emotions or feelings are TOO strong. When a person becomes fixated, clings to something or someone, she or he becomes actually enslaved, dependent on these extremes and thus people towards whom she feels that. So a phrase like that takes place, "I can't live without him or her," without a child, parents, or anyone else. Slavery is a loss of self. The stronger our leash, the farther away from us people, loved ones above all. How to do deal with it? Respect our own and someone else's freedom. Respect other people's personal boundaries and don't raise your own expectations.
