Harvard Students Add Facial Recognition to Smart Glasses
Students from Harvard have added facial recognition to smart glasses and taught them to 'recognize' passersby. The algorithm finds a person in social networks and leaked databases in seconds, showing the name, address, phone number, place of work, and more. All information is sent to the smartphone, but if the glasses had their own display, it would be displayed directly on it. According to the students, with this project they wanted to show that modern technologies allow you to learn a lot about you literally at a glance. They will not be making their software publicly available.
